Welcome to my beautiful home nestled away in the Longleaf Estates neighborhood. As I walk along the charming garden path, past the beautifully manicured gardens, I take a moment to look up at my gorgeous colonial-style home. Stepping inside, I am always in awe of the expansive open living space, two-story foyer, beautiful hardwood floors and the abundance of sunlight. My favorite room in the house is the modern kitchen...it was made for a chef! It offers stainless steel appliances, a spacious island, tile backsplash, ample counter space and cabinetry. I also enjoy the convenience of the breakfast nook where I often sip my coffee before starting the day. Off the kitchen is the formal dining room. I cannot wait to host the holidays at my home this season, my whole family will be able to fit around the table! The family room is where I spend most of my time. It boasts 20ft ceilings, arched windows and a charming stone fireplace that keeps me cozy during the cooler months. Before heading upstairs, the main level has a home office, a half bath, and a laundry room. At the end of the day, I take the spiral staircase upstairs to my expansive master suite. I love to retreat here as it offers a full bath and walk-in closet. My family finds comfort in the other three bedrooms, and down the hall is a full bath. My backyard is stunning! I enjoy hosting summer BBQ's, admiring the mature trees and taking in the views of the field. It is so peaceful and quiet! My home is just a few minutes away from Route 309, the PA Turnpike, Doylestown, Lake Lenape Park, and Bishop Estate Vineyard & Winery.
