Open the picturesque, wrought iron gate, ascend the single flight of stairs, and you're here. Home! Where high ceilings, exposed brick and original, wide-plank floors share the spotlight with a beautifully modernized, expansive kitchen, replete with dishwasher and washer/dryer. Southeastern and northwestern light and breezes bathe this lovely home on its quiet tree-lined street. Closet space is abundant, but the apartment also comes with an assigned storage space on the premises, in case you need a little more. And, just in case you aren't already madly in love with the place, you should know that it is rumored that a highly successful play was written within these very rooms - the artistic energy is excellent here! 533-535-537 Clinton Street is a 3-building, 24-unit, well-managed cooperative, built in 1910 in the heart of Carroll Gardens, with its plethora of cafes and boutiques.
