Move right into this sun-filled studio in Indian Park Towers, one of Inwood's favorite post-war co-ops. A row of windows frames open sky with river and bridge views, filling the oversized living space with light all day long. Facing west, the gorgeous sunsets are the perfect backdrop to this beautiful studio. The layout is generous - a proper foyer provides ample storage and leads past the kitchen, dressing area/walk-in closet and separate bath before opening into the main room, giving the space real flow and distinct zones for sleeping, lounging, dining and office areas. The newly renovated kitchen is fitted with modern subway tile, stainless steel appliances and rich wood cabinetry. The bathroom features a soaking tub and floor to ceiling tile. Residents of 579 West 215th Street enjoy an expansive roof deck with 360 degrees views highlighting Inwood Hill Park, Henry Hudson Bridge, The Palisades and NYC Skyline. There's an indoor garage (wait-listed), bike storage, storage lockers, live-in super and laundry. This dream location has ample shopping and dining all within walking distance. The building sits between Inwood Hill and Isham Parks, moments from hiking trails, the Dyckman Marina, and the neighborhood's year-round farmer's market, with easy access to the A express, 1 local subway lines, bus lines and Metro North. Pets and subletting allowing with approval.
