Having bought and flipped 50+ of her own investment properties in South Florida, she is an expert in finding, negotiating and selling profitable investments. Originally hailing from Poland, Kasia initially relocated to Chicago in 2005 before eventually settling in Florida three years later. Her passion for exploration has led her to embrace a life of international living, allowing her to travel extensively throughout the United States and Europe. Currently residing near Fort Lauderdale Beach, she indulges in her interests in wellness, travel, and photography.

Kasia's commitment to community and charitable causes runs deep. Back in 2010, she co-founded Morningday Community Solutions, a non-profit organization serving other local nonprofits. Over the span of 13 years, this organization has extended crucial support to more than 700 South Florida nonprofits, resulting in savings of over $10 million for these organizations and the prevention of 10 million pounds of products from ending up in landfills.

In 2023, she was honored with the Good Neighbor award by the National Association of Realtors, highlighting her extraordinary impact among the 1.5 million REALTORS® dedicated to bettering their communities. This recognition catapulted her onto the covers of both Realtor Magazine and the Wall Street Journal.

Additionally, Kasia was the recipient of the 2023 Women Of Distinction Entrepreneur Award presented by Soroptimist International of Boca Raton. In the past, she dedicated her time as a mentor for young women through the Women of Tomorrow Mentoring Program.
