Anne Setzer

As a multimillion-dollar producer specializing in Mercer and Middlesex counties, home buyers and sellers alike recognize the importance of Anne's intimate local market knowledge and proven experience. She became a full-time real estate agent in the Fall of 2008 dedicating her time to performing market research; comparative property analysis; and home preparation, marketing and exposure to better serve all of her clients' needs and requirements. Anne attained her Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) accreditation to better assist her Buyers through the entire home buying process - which is an added plus in today's changing real estate environment. For 10 consecutive years she has earned the NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® earning her spot in the New Jersey Realtors® Distinguished Sales Club.
Born in Singapore to a Chinese mother and Australian father (a well-known architect), her family emigrated to Menlo Park, California where she spent her formative years at Castilleja Girls School in Palo Alto. She received her BA in Social Psychology from Tufts University and shortly settled in Hamilton Township, NJ where she had the opportunity to design and build her custom dream home with her father. In the summer of 2023, Anne and her husband downsized buying and renovating a ranch home in Pennington, NJ. She is based out of the Lambertville Office where her daughter and sister reside.
