Tal Alexander is a co-founder of The Alexander Team, an internationally recognized, record-breaking brokerage at Douglas Elliman with over $5 billion in sales to date.

Most recently, Tal has represented some of the top developers in the world as the exclusive broker on their flagship projects, including The Steinway Tower, 565 Broome, and The Beckford. In 2019, he brokered the most expensive residential sale in the nation for $240M at 220 Central Park South. Tal also recently represented both the buyer and seller in the sale of a 30,000-square-foot mansion in the Village of Indian Creek. That transaction secured the record for the most expensive residential property in the history of South Florida, with The Wall Street Journal calling it "The $60 Million Dream House."

Tal's sales performance and track record of unprecedented deals in the most sought-after ultra-luxury markets have garnered him awards and media recognition at the highest levels. He is frequently spotlighted as an industry authority and expert deal maker by The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Miami Herald, Forbes, The New York Post, The Real Deal, and other globally prominent publications.

Tal's inspiration and impetus for success are grounded by admiration for his father, a developer of high-end custom homes in prime locales throughout the country. As a result, he treats every client with the same dedication to attentive, personalized service that his father puts into building his homes. His goal is for every client relationship to last a lifetime, and many often do. In his spare time, Tal is an avid sportsman. He is an accomplished tennis enthusiast, having played four years of Division I Tennis at Hofstra University and also enjoys snowboarding during the winter.
