George Edward Sihaga

Born and raised in Brooklyn, Edward is very familiar with Greenpoint, Williamsburg, East Williamsburg areas, along with other nearby neighborhoods and its growing real estate needs. Edward also serves all of eastern Queens and both Nassau and Suffolk counties on LI and holds a dual license which means he has the ability to list your property to cover all five New York boroughs (including Manhattan) and all of long island. He has personally witnessed the areas become both a cultural hub and a real estate giant, and he's passionate about helping clients capitalize on opportunities for homes and investments within this marketplace.

Real estate has long been of great interest to Edward stemming from many years as an astute investor. Since 1995 he has owned, flipped and managed multi-family homes, and with that success and knowledge, he proudly serves as a trusted advisor to friends and clients who are thinking about purchasing investment properties of their own.

Edward obtained his New York State real estate license in 1996 and has specialized in both sales and rentals ( Buyers and Sellers side) commercial, retail sales and leases. Formerly employed for nearly 25 years in the securities industry as an employee with (NASD) National Association of Securities Dealers, (FINRA) Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, (AAA) American Arbitration Association - Commercial and Real Estate Divisions he has plenty of experience that he brings to the table. As a trained mediator and resolution consultant, he has learned the value of listening to people and honing in on their needs.
