She took the initiative to obtain her license after she realized, she had a wealth of knowledge of Long Island where she has been residing for the past 26 years, New York City where she grew up and of the surrounded boroughs.

Lolita is graduate of Hunter College, with a BA in Sociology, and has a background in Administrative Assistant, Bookkeeping and Sales.
When she is not chasing the deal, she loves to travel and to concoct a myriad of culinary delights for her family and friends.
