Jody Atkinson

Jody brings to her real estate practice exceptional customer service skills and a results oriented work ethic. Her clients are made to feel as if they are her only clients. Jody’s real estate career is complimented by decades in the arts and business, fostering a unique blend of her creative talents combined with entrepreneurial acumen. Having restored the 1840’s parsonage she moved to when starting her family, she has a deep appreciation for old and unusual houses, as well as for the clean lines of mid-century and contemporary architecture. Her lifelong love of houses, interior design and how people create a home that is a unique expression of themselves, is what led her into real estate.

Jody moved from New York City to Rockland County twenty-five years ago, and during that time, while raising her two children, was a volunteer in her community and the local schools, served on the board of The Tomkins Cove Library, worked at The Garner Arts Center, and has owned a yoga studio for over a decade. Jody graduated from Cornell University, has traveled extensively, and enjoys writing, gardening, sailing, and hiking.
