Adam Solomon

Adam Solomon came to New York residential sales and rentals from the world of property management and marketing for a real estate investment management firm. As an associate director, he skillfully handled a diversity of responsibilities which included overseeing a 50-person staff, influencing strategic direction and key business transactions, managing a substantial budget, and staging/decorating model apartments for sale and rent. This demanding role afforded Adam diverse industry experience, as well as a keen eye for value, quality and detail that serves him and his Manhattan real estate clients well today. A member of the top-producing Rosenblum Gansberg Team at Douglas Elliman, Adam brings to your real estate transaction a unique blend of characteristics that ensure an enjoyable and rewarding purchase, sale or rental process. Besides being a genuine people person who excels at listening and communicating, he is a savvy negotiator who knows how to bring all the pieces of a deal together to seamlessly make it work. Specializing in the Manhattan marketplace, Adam enjoys showing clients the distinctiveness that each special NYC neighborhood has to offer. Over his own years living in Manhattan he has resided on the Upper East Side, in Midtown East, the Meatpacking District, and is currently in Greenwich Village on Lower Fifth Avenue. Adam grew up between Manhattan and New Jersey. He holds a BA degree in Communications from Marymount Manhattan College, and first pursued his passion for real estate while still in school. Outside of work, Adam has been actively involved with charitable organizations with volunteer roles that have included raising money and putting together fundraiser events.
