Having spent years with a major investment bank before becoming a top real estate broker, Andreas lends his business acumen in guiding buyers and sellers in making the right financial decisions while guiding them through the complexity of a real estate transaction. His well-researched approach and deep experience as a real estate broker helps him and his clients understand market trends and the financial considerations involved in the real estate process. Andreas has established a highly successful real estate business serving individuals, investors and family offices. International clients appreciate his worldly view and business sense. Having served successfully as Associate Director of Sales for Miraval Living (515 East 72nd Street) and numerous co-op and condo deals, Andreas has the experience to bring any size real estate transaction to a successful close.

Andreas, a German native, fell in love with Manhattan and made it his home in1988. He lives with his wife and three school-age children on the Upper West Side, and relates to the needs of clients in all stages of life, from young professionals to growing families, to those newly arriving from out of town. With a warm disposition he takes the time to talk with and understand his client's needs, and is willing to make the effort to find the most suitable home and location to their unique lifestyles.
