As a Manager and Director of Sales & Development at Cooper & Cooper Real Estate, Eirik was responsible for the execution of well over a hundred million dollars of residential transactions as well as the training of every new agent. Eirik led by example and emphasized the importance of honesty, integrity, transparency, communication, industry knowledge and an unending commitment to each customer, despite the size of the deal. From the first time buyer with limited knowledge of the industry and process to the savvy investor looking to add to their existing portfolio of assets, Eirik is the answer. He has a deep understanding of financial statements, purchase strategy, comparable analysis, board package construction, and the mortgage process. Eirik understands each transaction is unique and nuanced and believes listening to the customer and understanding what they need from their real estate professional is paramount. Eirik is product of the Minnesota public school system and a proud graduate of St. Olaf College. He lives in Jackson Heights with his wife and two daughters where he is a founding member of Friends of Diversity Plaza, President of the Board of Directors of his co-op, and the career center liaison for the St. Olaf Alumni Association of New York. Eirik is the author of the real estate blog, Unreal Estate, and has been featured and quoted in articles in The Real Deal and Brick Underground. Eirik serves as a member of the REBNYs Rental Committee and Queens Committee.
