A Rhode Island native and graduate of Boston University, Michael brings a strong sales and marketing background, a life-long passion for real estate and ten-plus years as an investor to Brown Harris Stevens. Hes lived and worked in Manhattan for over twenty-five years. With a keen appreciation for architecture and an eye for design, Michael consistently earns strong reviews from clients who have bought and sold properties in Manhattan and Brooklyn. He honed his marketing skills as director of advertising at Air France before moving into advertising sales. Michael held senior-level management positions at Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times and served as associate publisher of Town & Country magazine. At the Times, he won the Publishers Award, the top sales honor. At BHS, he was named Manhattan Rookie of the Year in his second year at the brokerage. Michael is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and lives on the Upper West Side, where he serves as president of his condominium board. Because he cant get enough of his favorite subject, he leads a group of neighborhood condominium and co-op board members who meet regularly to share best practices and solve problems. He's also a member of the Central Park Conservancy and the Broadway Mall Association, the non-profit organization dedicated to beautifying and maintaining the medians of Broadway on the Upper West Side.
