Carolyn Young

Carolyn Young grew up in Riverdale and as a life long resident, is familiar with all the ins and outs of this special community. She thoroughly enjoys being a resource and guide for her clients. Carolyn was in the corporate travel business for over 25 years and learned the skills of how to offer excellent service to meet the needs of busy executives. She also managed a Yacht Charter Business which sometimes required complicated arrangements for travel & yacht packages. It proved to be excellent preparation for her Real Estate career, since transactions can be very complicated as well. Carolyn has traveled to many islands in the Caribbean and continues to enjoy travelling and discovering new places even now. In her spare time she likes to relax at the beach and spend time with friends. Carolyn is a people person; she also works at a pub where she interacts with many different personalities and enjoys that very much. Carolyns goal and usually her greatest challenge in real estate are to find the right property for her clients...or find the right buyers or tenants for owners. She will persevere until she makes the right match. Whether its a rental or a sale, nothing gives her more satisfaction than seeing the happiness and often, relief, on the face of others and knowing it happened from a job well done.
