Eileen Dale Rappaport

Eileen Rappaport is a lifelong New Yorker and homeowner on the Upper West Side for over 20 years. She is a founder of the award-winning Rachlin Rappaport Team at Douglas Elliman. Her team was awarded #6 Manhattan Team – Rental Transactions, #11 Small Manhattan Team – Transactions, and #22 Small Manhattan Team – GCI, in addition to the esteemed Pinnacle Award in 2021, 2022, and 2023.

Eileen is an organic relationship builder, savvy negotiator, and trusted friend. Her extensive knowledge of NYC's many neighborhoods, interest in lifestyle + design, and vast sphere of influence made her a natural fit for residential real estate after 20 years as a top-producing sales leader in the fashion industry.

Having enjoyed the journeys of buying and selling her own NYC apartments and serving on her co-op boards for over 10 years, Eileen understands the uniqueness of each deal and she expertly guides her clients through transactions of any property type. Eileen attended Cornell University where she studied business, marketing, art history, and psychology.
