Alyx Kilian

Alyx Kilian, winner of the Real Estate Board of New York's Residential Deal of the Year, has represented multinational corporations in their search for apartments for senior executives and their families, as well as first-time home buyers, educating them throughout the entire process. She specializes in and has been successful in finding the right home for many New Yorkers. Alyx is intimately familiar with New York's premier co-ops and condos, new developments and many different neighborhoods of the city. By listening to her clients and understanding what they are seeking, she builds relationships, finds the right apartment, and gets the transaction successfully completed.

Alyx has served on her Upper East Side Co-op's Board of Directors for 15 years, including 10 years as President of the Board. She was a member of the Council of New York Cooperatives & Condominiums, and took numerous classes offered by CNYC dealing with all subjects concerning co-ops and condos, from proprietary leases, new laws affecting NYC residential buildings, refinancing, amenities, construction, board matters, capital improvements, and budgets.

Alyx's competence and skill as an associate broker are proven by the fact that much of her business is comprised of repeat customers with whom she previously worked. A graduate of Syracuse University with a degree in psychology, she began her career in the financial industry in retail sales and institutional investments for major firms. She enjoys playing piano, writing, photography, fishing and boating.
