Maren Faiella

Maren Faiella is a distinguished graduate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, having received her MBA with a major in Real Estate. Her passion for real estate, as well as love of finding the perfect home for each buyer and achieving top value for sellers, led her to her role working as a residential real estate sales professional. Maren has established herself in New York City working closely with sophisticated buyers, sellers, and renters from across the nation and globe to navigate the complex landscape of the New York real estate market. Marens diverse background has been shaped early on by being born into a family with a real estate developer for a father and teacher for a mother. By growing up in a real estate family that has developed properties for nearly 50 years, Maren offers a unique perspective for residential clients as well as developers. Her mother also instilled in her a love of learning and the belief that knowledge is power, which she in turn imparts for her clients benefit. Her professional experiences on Wall Street at global banks, working with the worlds largest corporate and institutional clients, provided invaluable skills. She mastered an understanding of macroeconomic trends, valuation and pricing comparables in an ever-changing market, and the vital importance of putting the client first. Maren started her sales career at Brown Harris Stevens as part of a top producing team, contributing to win awards including: Top 1% in Closed Transactions for 2017 & 2018, Top 5 Producer Corporate Flagship Office for 2017 & 2018, and Top Listing Team of the Year 2018 Corporate Office.
